JANUARY

| M | 14 | Last day for students to withdrawal from Spring Semester to avoid tuition and fee charges. Students must complete a withdrawal form at the University Registrar's Office, 250 Student Services Building if NOT attending spring semester. Call (540) 231-4921 for instructions if unable to visit the University Registrar's Office in person. Note: You may not drop your final hours via the web. |

FEBRUARY
| F | 8 | Closing of Web Course Request for Summer 2008 |
| M | 25 | Last day for students to drop Spring 2008 classes without grade penalty. Last day to change grade option from A-F to P/F, 5:00 p.m. Visit the University Registrar in 250 Student Services Building to process. If you are enrolled in only one course, you cannot drop your final hours, but must officially resign from the university for the semester. Your refund will be calculated according to the university refund policy on resignations. |
| F | 29 | Last day to apply for Spring 2008 graduation in order to receive a diploma at the May Commencement. |
MARCH
