Serves as the director for finance and business affairs for the College of Science. Her responsibilities include advising dean, dean’s staff, and departmental leadership on matters of finance, personnel, faculty searches, facilities, initiatives and partnerships, and any number of day-to-day business operations. She oversees fiscal and personnel transactions, initiates budget preparation and forecasting and tracking of all college financial and personnel resources. Primary liaison with OEO in all faculty searches. Supervises the work of the college financial specialist.
Sanders received her BS in Organizational Management & Development from Bluefield College.
