Course Withdrawal Procedures

Policy

Intended to assist undergraduate students insufficiently prepared for a course to designate a course status of "Course Withdrawal (CW)" for up to six credit hours of undergraduate level coursework beyond the normal six-week drop deadline

  • Request cannot be processed if holds are placed on student accounts
  • No late requests will be granted

Step 1

Complete the Course Withdrawal Form

Step 2

Obtain advisor's signature

  • Requests will not be processed without an advisor's signature
  • Go to departmental advising center if advisor is unavailable

Step 3

Process request by contacting  Becky Cumbee for appointment schedule
