- Eligible to change one exam if you have three or more exams in a 24 hour period
- Eligible to change two exams if you have four or more exams in a 24 hour period
- Common time exams can not be rescheduled
Step 1
Complete the Exam Change Form
- List all exams that are scheduled within a 24 hour period or that conflicts
Step 2
Talk with individual professors about scheduling the final exam at an alternate time, date, and location
Step 3
Consenting professors signs and dates the agreement listing an alternate time, date and location
- If exact time and date are unknown prior to the exam change deadline, please put TBA (to be announced) in the blanks requesting the new time and date.
- It is the student's responsibility to keep in contact with the professor about completing the final exam at an alternate time, date, and location.
Step 4
Submit the completed form to Ms. Cumbee in the College of Science
Step 5
Approval or Denial notification sent via e-mail to student
Step 6
Approval or Denial notification sent via campus mail to professor
Neither the Dean’s Office nor the instructor will allow an exam change due to travel, business, or family plans.
Do not ask!
